Agency Free is a UK property portal. Landlords and homeowners list homes for sale or to rent at no listing fee. Buyers and renters search those homes and contact the person advertising them directly.

What we do

We publish listings that landlords and owners create themselves. A standard residential or commercial advert on this site is free. When you enquire, your message goes to the listing owner — not to a high-street branch, and not through a paid “featured agent” layer.

What we are not

We are not an estate agent, letting agent, solicitor, surveyor, or lender. We do not take commission on a sale or a let. We do not run viewings, hold keys, negotiate offers, or draft contracts. We are not a paid listing portal: we do not charge landlords a per-advert or branch fee to appear in search.

Listings are provided by the people who publish them. You should still instruct your own solicitor, surveyor, and (where relevant) lender, and complete the usual checks before you view a home or transfer money.

Who it is for

Homeowners and landlords who want to sell or let without agency fees. Buyers and renters who want a direct line to the person advertising the property. Tradespeople who want work from people already listing on the site.
